Project ObjectivesThe aim of this project is to enhance quality of education through the improvement of competences of early education teachers. Multilateral cooperation, focused on the implementation of the new techniques of teaching, will allow tailoring learning processes to socioeconomic needs. The project favours modernizing the approach towards students thanks to the specific practices on English lessons with the use of attractive tools proposed as the project output. It supports social inclusion while presenting solutions to problems of oversized classes with mixed abilities students. It will also help to boost opportunities of students with difficulties. Teachers from donor-countries will exchange their experiences with other participants and thus will inspire them to creative work on the new, interesting offer. Materials designed by the team (2 guidebooks and set of exemplary activities for lessons) will help to move from the traditional education towards student-centred one. They will promote inquiry-based learning, activities developing higher-order thinking skills, implementation of formative assessment and peer learning. Access to the Internet and technological potential in the project will help expand the knowledge base in Poland. The project refers to the Programme objective by building an institutional partnership to improve the quality and adapt the education offer to the challenges of a changing world. It aims to modify education into the one that develops students’ creativity and communication skills. Polish partners will benefit from workshops and visits in Norwegian school and together the team will create innovative tools which will be used during their future lessons. Then they will share their experience during 6 workshops with over 150 next representatives of the education sector. This project will reduce the socio-economic differences in the EEA and strengthen relations between Poland and donor-countries.
